This small wood plaque hung in my Norwegian Grandmother's house. Grandpa was Danish. Does anyone know what the word "Lokbrada" means in English?

    I have one as well. I am of Swedish heritage.
    The explanation I have is:
    Lok = Onion
    brada = Board
    So Lokbrada = Onion Board

    I have that plaque too. Do we have the only item not in google or listed on eBay??? This is a first for me! It really looks like something without a physical function other than decoration. Maybe it keeps bad mojo out of your home.
