On this last day of summer (sigh) I thought I would share some photos of the rose garden at the Chicago Botanic Garden which I took during a visit there this past weekend. I was surprised to see how many blossoms were left.
Oh, that is so poignant. You did a lovely job. I would love to go to the Garden sometime. Chicago is our "big city" you know (I live in the Twin Cities) Hugs, Suz
What gorgeous pictures! I found you when I Googled using gel medium for transferring images. I have a question about that: can you use the same process to transfer an image to paper? Thanks!
So glad to meet you and I'm happy you stumbled upon my blog in your search. You know I have "met" so many people because of that gel medium tutorial. As to your question, I don't see why the technique wouldn't work to transfer to paper. I have seen it done on fabric (muslin) too!
G'day Jeanne ~ I want them ALL! They are gorgeous. Mine didn't do well in our record setting heat this summer.
ReplyDeleteTomorrow we enter another beautiful season to enjoy ...
Have a great day ~
