Something to Share

I want to that all of you for your kind and supportive comments regarding my previous post. I am still struggling from the effects of "the encounter" but at least I am beginning to see things in a new light and as time goes by hopefully the unpleasant feelings will fade. It is good to know that I am not alone with those annoying sleepless nights. I do believe it is something pretty typical of the female gender.

Now on to happier things. . .I finally got around to taking some pics of the lovely tussie mussie Dolly made for me for the Tussie Mussie Goodie Swap we took part in. Isn't it luscious? The colors were perfect and it is oh so pink and girlie. Yum! Just look at the details. . .
The tussie mussie came over-flowing with goodies like this darling little pastel embroidered sachet filled with the most glorious scents. Too bad we don't have smell-o-vision so you could enjoy it like me!
And look at the darling little bird filled nest. Doesn't the little blue birdie match my new blog banner perfectly? And Dolly sent her long before the banner was even conceived! Oh and just look at that lovely little rose covered tea cup and saucer. It's all quite gorgeous don't you think? By the way, the pink paisley paper is what Dolly had everything wrapped in. . .even the packing peanuts she used were the prettiest shade of pink, mint and white - it was like opening a big box of those pastel pillow mints! This delicate blue and white china "Warm Wishes" hanging was also part of my "goodies" as was an assortment of pretty wallpapers. That Miss Dolly sure made this girl's tussie mussie dreams come true!
