Isn't this the sweetest little thing? I can't stand it. . .I must have it! You can get one too right here. It is hot and humid here and will be like that all week. Ugh! I do not like humidity. . .well, not many people do. It's days like this where I think it would be nice to live by the beach and be able to take a blanket, a good book and a picnic lunch down to the water's edge. Just watching the surf roll in and out is enough to cool me off, but a quick dip in the lake wouldn't be bad either. The other day a friend of mine asked about our cottage that we built last summer, only she referred to it as our lake house. I told her it is not really a lake house as we are 3 miles away from the beach. Later in the conversation she mentioned the cottage again, but this time she referred to it as our 'not a lake house.' That name made me giggle and I thought that we should call it that from now on!

Funny how we label our houses. I call my present home 'the grey house' I'm still telling my husband we need a HULL number on it. We had the painters come and kept the color..it's just like from a Navy ship! If you knew my hubby- you would understand ;) those little nests are very cute by the way!
